Kudos for the 100% feather comforter 💚 The staff went above and beyond in every interaction — attentive without being intrusive, always ready to help with a friendly attitude that made my stay feel personal and special. Thank you for Christian for a warm welcome, for Sharline at the rooftop, for Clarence took time to direct me where I can buy food at 3:00 am and Kuya Gudoy for taking time to wait for me to open the door and for DJ having smooth checkout and even sending me to my ride. Also to all the people that I encounter specially to the guard at B1, thank you so much!!! My husband's birthday celebration was made absolutely perfect thanks to the incredible team at The Cocoon Boutique Hotel in Timog. We stayed with our whole family and everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, had a fantastic time. The hotel itself is a beautiful, peaceful oasis right in the heart of the city. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and the beds were so comfortable we all slept soundly. The eco-friendly concept of the hotel is also a big plus, making our stay feel even more special and mindful. What truly set The Cocoon apart, however, was the service. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were so accommodating to our family's needs and even added some special touches for my husband's birthday, which made him feel truly celebrated. We enjoyed the delicious food, and the overall ambiance was just what we needed for a relaxing and joyful family get-together. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. We left with happy hearts and wonderful memories. We chose Cocoon Boutique Hotel as our place of stay for the M2M Better Ending Concert, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and featured a bathtub that made our staycation extra relaxing. The staff were warm and accommodating—especially DJ, who consistently went above and beyond to assist us from day one. Overall, our experience at Cocoon Boutique Hotel was outstanding, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Amazingly beautiful hotel in a familiar and less congested part of qc. From the moment we entered, the smell, ambiance, decor and the staff had such a big impact that made our stay the best. We almost didnt want to leave the hotel! We loved the aesthetic of the rooms and the attention to detail in all of the little tiny design decision that the hotel made for the lobby and the rooms. Being an eco-friendly hotel made the stay even more worthwhile. Lastly was the staff, incredible customer service, from the way they greeted us, helped us with our stuff, our amenities, from opening doors and elevators, and the warm voices and smiles. We truly had a luxurious experience with this and will highly recommend will come back again for another stay. Few things to note, although the room itself was spotless, there was nothing to note that was filthy, heck the sheets and the room smelled really nice when we first entered, the shower area looked a bit dirty, should definitely need a wall and floor scrub every now and then due to the build up of moisture. Other than that, the whole hotel was beyond my expectations and was truly remarkable. Again thanks a lot for the service sir dj! And to all of the other staff that were there during that time. We stayed for a weekend and were happy and satisfied. Their staffs were friendly and accommodating. The room is big. Its clean and cozy. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Cocoon Boutique Hotel!

I really enjoyed the overall service and amenities of this hotel. The staff all the way from the doorway greeted us with their warmest smiles which is really heartwarming. They made sure every moment of our stay was well catered. They were very kind and one of the security personnel lent us an umbrella when we went out for a stroll which was totally above and beyond. I would really recommend this hotel.

We always stay here in Cocoon every New Year because of great experience.
